A lot to improve when it comes to vegetarian options. Like hello management, not everyone eats meat!
The food looks better than it actually tastes? I've added a photo of what supposed to be an English breakfast and you can see it's nothing close to that. Also, serving was 3/5 as well, we got there at about 10 am and the tables were not all cleaned and the waiter cleaned the tables in the order they were placed instead of cleaning the one we chose first and when he got to ours, the food was already there... quite unprofessional.
For a 2 star Hotel it's very decent. The lobby is nice, staff are friendly. The room was more or less clean. The towels smelled awful. It took 15 minutes to get warm water. There is no phone to phone the room service so I had to Google the hotel and call them. The breakfast is mediocre at best. It's not a buffet it's a breakfast from a menu which half of the things you can't even order.
